Everything from ordering, order confirmation to delivery went incredibly well. I was constantly updated on the whereabouts of my package and given a delivery code to ensure it was delivered securely. The Bento boxes themselves were perfect. Very good quality and easy to assemble. You have definitely found a repeat customer in me!

I struggled to find Blackforest Cherry Topping in my local stores and was ecstatic when Smart Packaging had available online. I ordered on the Tuesday and by Thursday the order arrived. It is exactly what I wanted and it tasted excellent! I am very happy with the quality of the product and service. Only thing I would suggest is that the shipping is a bit pricey.
