• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed before 8am are dispatched on the same day.
• Delivery times may be subject to delays due to strikes, load shedding and similar events. Announcements of these delays are posted at the top of our website.

Smart Packaging Distributors will send your parcel through The Courier Guy, and parcels will be delivered to your door.

Delivery may take 1 - 5 working days to get to you depending on the area you reside in South Africa. Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.

Once your parcel has been sent, a tracker number will be emailed to you via our online portal and it is then the responsibility of the customer to track it with the courier company specified.

PLEASE NOTE

• We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.
• Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
• Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.
• We currently only deliver within South Africa.
